We provide a survey platform for insights and rewards. To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the platform responsibly. prohibited activities include:

• Fraudulent behavior (e.g., multiple accounts for rewards).
• Harassment or abuse of other users.
• Interfering with platform security or operation.
• Violating any laws or third-party rights.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination.

Platform Content: IdeationLab owns the platform, design, and code.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your responses, but grant us a license to use them for operating the platform and research purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Rewards and referral bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the system. Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
